By creating a GlowPro account and subscribing to our Pro Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
The GlowPro Pro Membership is billed at $24.99 per month. Your subscription begins on the date of sign-up and renews automatically each month on that same date.
You authorize GlowPro to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You will receive an email receipt for each charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no long-term commitments or early termination fees.
Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are prorated: if you cancel mid-cycle, you will receive a refund for the unused days remaining in your billing period, calculated on a daily basis.

All beauty professionals using GlowPro must hold a valid, state-issued license for their specialty (cosmetology, esthetics, nail technology, etc.). License information must be kept current — an expired license will result in account suspension pending renewal.
GlowPro strongly recommends — and may require — that pros carry active business liability insurance and have a completed background check on file. These requirements exist to protect both clients and professionals.
GlowPro reserves the right to verify submitted credentials at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where credentials cannot be confirmed.
GlowPro may require beauty professionals to submit a background check completed within the last 12 months through an approved provider. Background checks are reviewed only by GlowPro staff and are not shared with clients.
A clear background check is not a guarantee of continued listing on the platform. GlowPro reserves the right to remove any professional at its sole discretion.
Professionals are strongly encouraged to carry general liability and/or professional liability (errors & omissions) insurance. GlowPro is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from services performed by platform professionals. By using the platform, you agree to indemnify and hold GlowPro harmless from any claims arising from your services.
All professionals agree to: (a) treat clients with courtesy and professionalism; (b) arrive on time or provide adequate notice of delays; (c) only offer services within the scope of their license; (d) maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform without refund.
Beauty professionals listed on GlowPro are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of GlowPro. Each pro operates their own business and is solely responsible for the services they provide, their business practices, scheduling, pricing, payments, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
GlowPro is a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between pros and clients. GlowPro does not employ, supervise, or control beauty professionals and is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services performed. Any disputes, claims, or damages arising between a client and a pro are solely between those parties.
By using the platform, pros and clients agree to indemnify and hold GlowPro harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from services arranged through the platform.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using GlowPro, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
GlowPro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
